1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Made-to-order items, select apparel, artist-collaboration products, and fulfillment-partner items may require additional production time before shipment. These items may take 2–7 business days to process before they are shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping destination, and available shipping method. All available rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.

3. Free Shipping on Orders $75+

The 631 Gallery offers free standard shipping on eligible domestic orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order total is met.

4. Made-to-Order and Artist-Collab Items

Some items from The 631 Gallery, including select apparel, artist-collaboration pieces, and specialty products, may be made-to-order or fulfilled through trusted production partners.

Processing times for these items may differ from standard in-stock orders. If your order includes multiple product types, items may ship separately and arrive in separate packages.

5. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, estimated domestic delivery times are typically 5–10 business days, depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout when offered by the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.

At this time, The 631 Gallery primarily ships within the United States.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The 631 Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@the631gallery.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed off to the carrier.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, please contact us at customersupport@the631gallery.com and we will review the issue with you.

The 631 Gallery is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, your mailroom, or your local post office before reaching out.
